Ordering and Shipping Information

HOW TO ORDER:

Pennmac.com cares about our customers, therefore we take special care in packaging and shipping of our orders.
Each order is picked, packed and shipped the same day.
Ordering from PennMac.com is easy and secure.
Use our easy search tab to locate a specific product.
Click the *Add to Cart* button beside each item to add it to your shopping cart.

SHOPPING CART:

You may view and modify your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the picture of the shipping cart.

BILLING ADDRESS:

Enter your billing name and address in this section.
Your billing address must match your charge card billing information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Enter your Shipping address in this section if different from your billing address.
If multiple shipments are desired, you will need to place individual orders.
We ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
We will fulfill an overnight order for shipment the same day if placed by 6:00 AM EST.
If you have special shipment requirements, click the SPECIAL NOTES & REQUESTS TAB on the check-out page and enter all your requests.

COMPLETING YOUR TRANSACTION:

Enter your credit card information and click on Submit
Your order is complete and has been sent to our Shipping Dept through a secure connection that encrypts your credit card.
You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please Note:
Your credit card will show your order as a AUTHORIZATION (auth) to the "Pennsylvania Macaroni Company", we charge your card the day your order is shipped.

Sales Tax is charged on Non-Food items in Pennsylvania.
Food is not taxable

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We are unable to accept cash, checks, COD or Pay Pal

If an item is not available, someone will call you to see if you would like a sub.
It is very important to enter your "CELL PHONE NUMBER" in the billing section.

HOW TO USE YOUR PENN MAC GIFT CARD ON-LINE:

Our website does not have the ability to deduct your gift card from your order total.
Your gift card amount will be deducted from your total the day we ship.
Click on the "Special Requests and Notes" tab on the check out page, enter the value of your card,
the 19-digit number on the back of the card, and the 4 numbers on the right side of the card.
You must enter your credit card information to complete a gift card transaction, as your credit card will be authorized and charged for any additional amount.
If you have a credit balance on your gift card, we will send the balance along with your shipment.

HOW IS PERISHABLE FOODS SHIPPED:

We use 1 1/2 inch thick styrofoam coolers, ice packs and dry ice for perishable items.
When purchasing 1 perishable item there will be a $6.50 Cooler/Perishable Item Pack charge added to your cart.
This charge is for the cooler, ice and dry ice.
You are only charged $6.50 once, it doesn't matter how many coolers we use to ship your order.
Shipping is more reasonable when you add a lot of perishables to your order, we have 3 different sizes of coolers, So order to fill it up!

TRANSIT TIMES FOR SHIPPING PERISHABLES:

During the summer months, Orange, Green and Purple colored states will ship 2 day transit
Once fall hits, and the weather is cooler, Orange, Green and Purple states will ship Express (3 day transit).
We know through experience that perishable items will stay cold for 3 days in moderate temperatures.
The dry ice will keep the ice packs frozen for 1 maybe 2 days, and the last day the ice packs will keep the cooler cool.
Ice Packs will be completely thawed, but that is intentional.

WHERE CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED:

Your order can be delivered to a commercial or residential address.
if you want a signature required delivery, please let us know under the Special Notes & Request on the check-out page.
Please note that all orders are shipped via FedEx, we can not deliver to a P.O. Box, DMP or APO address.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DELIVERTY DATE:

Yes, during the check-out process...click the special requests and notes tab, tell us when you would like the order to ship!

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COSTS:

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, dimensions of the box and zip code.
Orders ship with FedEx within 48 HOURS, when your order is received MONDAY through THURSDAY.
We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
We do ship 7 days a week in the last 2 weeks before Christmas.

If your order contains perishable food, we will not ship, unless we know your package will reach it's destination before the weekend, or in some cases Holidays!
If that is the case...Perishable shipments will be held back over the weekend and shipped on the following Monday.
You will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking number the day we ship

Review the FedEx transit map for delivery times to your area below.
Express shipments can only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays(3 day transit time).
2 Day Expedited shipments can only be shipped Monday through Wednesdays.
Expedited shipments do not get weekend deliveries.
We guarantee that every product you order from PennMac.com will arrive in excellent condition.
