Fresh flavored pasta is sold by the Lb.
Each nest weighs 1/4Lb.
Four nests = 1Lb and serves 4-5 people.


Fresh egg pasta is sold by the Lb.
Each nest weighs 1/3Lb.
Three nests = 1Lb and serves 4-5 people.

Fresh Bucatini pasta is sold by the Lb.
Each nest weighs 1/2Lb.
Two nests = 1Lb and serves 4-5 people.

Fresh short cuts is sold by the Lb and serves 4-5 people

Best kept frozen till ready to use, therefore we recommend freezing your pasta as soon as you receive your shipment.
Fresh pasta will stay in your freezer for 6-8 months from your shipment day, and 4-5 days refrigerated.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Cooking Instructions
Always cook pasta in pure water at a rolling boil—one gallon per pound.
At full boil, drop in pasta and immediately stir to prevent clumping.
Each cut requires a specific cooking time, listed below.
