Approx 60 Ravioli Per 3Lb Bag.
Ingredients: Filling- Spinach, Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, Grated Romano cheese (sheep’s milk cheese rennet, salt) Garlic, bread crumbs (Wheat flour, Dextrose. Yeast, salt), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spices, Brown Sugar.
Pasta: Semolina, water, eggs, salt, beta carotene.

It is recommended to freeze as soon as you get home, they will be easier to separate.
Bring 4-6 Quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add one frozen ravioli at a time, stirring gently to prevent sticking, then return to boil. Reduce heat to slow boil for 14-17 minutes.
