Sun-Dried Tomato Linguine in Olive Sauce

Sun-Dried Tomato Linguine in Olive Sauce
Ingredients:
1-1/2 Lb Fresh Sun-Dried Tomato Linguine
1 28 oz. Can Lavalle Chopped Tomatoes
6 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Container of Mixed Pitted Kalamata & Spiced Pitted Green Olives(Finely Chopped)
3 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
Salt
Directions:
1.) Fill a large pasta pot with cold water and heat on high. Chop 2 Cloves Garlic then Finely Chop all of the Olives.
2.) Saute' 2 Cloves of Chopped Garlic in 6 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a Large Skillet , on medium heat for about a minute.
3.) Add the 28 oz. Can Lavalle Chopped Tomatoes, 3 Teaspoons Oregano and a 1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Flakes, then the Chopped Olives.
(Reserve about a 1/4 of the Olive mixture, for Garnish!)
4.) Add Dash of salt and Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
5.) When you Pasta water comes to a full boil, add a generous amount of Salt to your water, then add your Sun-Dried Tomato Linguine.
Cook till aldente', about 2 to 4 minutes.
6.) Toss your Sun-Dried Tomato Linguine with your Olive Sauce.
7.) Garnish your plated pasta with the Reserved Olive Mixture.
